WATCH WHAT YOU EAT

Ultimately, the best way to help our immune system is be proactive in reducing our risk to environmental factors rather than trying to cure illnesses after they occur. - Practise frequent hand washing with soap before and after activities
- Wear a mask if you have respiratory symptoms such as a cough or runny nose
- Cover your mouth with a tissue paper when coughing or sneezing, and disposing of the soiled tissue paper in the nearest rubbish bin immediately
- Avoid crowded places and close contact with people who are unwell or showing symptoms of illness
